TOLLHOUSE REPAIR AND RESTORATION

Sadly this beautiful Listed Grade II Tollhouse was flooded and required extensive repair and restoration work to bring it back its former glory. Requiring the entire house to completely stripped including the kitchen, bathroom, floors, plaster, all electrical and mechanical components as well as the fireplace. 

Our clients had meticulously restored this house prior to the flood and their desire to return it to its restored self was important. Working closely with our clients and the insurers we were able to achieve this for them.
