A unique multi-purpose new Leisure Building incorporating a Para-therapy Area, Sauna, a Changing Room for the Pool & Tennis Court, as well as a large open and airy Pavilion lounge area overlooking newly landscaped terraced gardens.
The Para-therapy Area includes an Accessible Bathroom, Gym and and Sauna. The accessible design and build allowed for wider doorways, corridors and generous lighting to allow safe movement for wheelchair access throughout the building, including a large open accessible WC and shower-room.
The building features a beautiful all weather indoor tennis pavilion lounge area, with gas open fire, full changing room, sauna, steam shower and WC facilities. The pavilion area incorporates a stunning skylight and large opening Bi-fold doors, which in the warmer months allows a seamless indoor - outdoor patio area leading to the tennis court and newly landscaped garden areas.
Off the main pavilion area the building also houses a kitchen area, and large open gym with large windows that allow stunning views across to the garden and tennis court beyond.
Extensive terrace gardens and hard landscaping complimented the new building, and also blended seamlessly with the main house and existing pool area.
