Conversion of an old barn adjacent to house to create a unique music room, concealed bathroom and guest mezzanine bedroom / office. The conversion also included linking the house to the new music room and creating a further mezzanine guest bedroom. A bespoke spiral staircase, curved wall and bookcase JIB concealed door to reveal a hidden bathroom were unique features included in our project. The main feature of the project was certainly the oak beam open room with a glazed roof, and stunning oak mezzanine bedroom area.

Exterior landscaping and re-pointing work was completed to ensure the new exterior works complimented the exterior.
