LISTED HOUSE REBUILD FOLLOWING FIRE DAMAGE

The project involved the Reinstatement to the main house (Listed Grade II) following fire damage. The extensive heat combustion damage to roof and floor structures and the heavy smoke contamination, as well as significant water damage made this a significant project.  
 
The reinstatement works included: re-rendering, re-roofing and replacement roof structure, replacement windows, significant internal joinery works and new rainwater goods.  New interior bathroom fit outs, kitchen, interior decoration and joinery items were incorporated, however, these were sympathetic to the buildings history and listed status.
