Construction started during the wettest November we can remember, and then an unusually warm early spring resulted in soft muddy ground and then as the build made first floor level the global Covid pandemic arrived.  Despite the significant hurdles, lockdowns and global supply issues the build continued and resulted in a stunning new family home.

Split over three levels, encompassing 4 large bedrooms with en-suites, a generous modern contemporary kitchen, and large open dining and formal lounge room. To reflect the modern requirements of the family the home also includes a separate games / cinema room and teenage retreat area, a home office, large utility / boot room, as well as a three car garage with a games room loft. 

The internal fittings reflected a traditional farmhouse, with a contemporary feel.  Beautiful oak joinery was used throughout the house, including two stunning bespoke staircases linking the 3 levels, a handcrafted front entrance oak door, signature crafted oak doors and a bespoke oak fireplace surround. From the kitchen large aluminium bi-fold doors open out onto a large external patio area, including a large water feature and landscaped gardens.
